For our client, a biotechnology company in Dreieich, we are seeking a Customer Service Employee (m/w/d).

Your Responsibilities:

• Receiving fault reports via phone or email and entering service calls into the system
• Forwarding fault reports to the relevant service technicians and planning and organizing maintenance appointments
• Planning and organizing all service-related activities
• Managing written orders for service activities
• Planning software update installations

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training as an office administrator or comparable qualification, with experience in customer support
• Proficient handling of SAP and MS Office
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Teamwork, initiative, and flexibility
• Confident, friendly, and self-assured demeanor, especially on the phone, with good manners
