Position Overview:

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently, adhering to company policies, tracking orders through delivery, and resolving any issues that arise.

This role is based in Dreieich, Germany, and requires on-site presence.

What you will do:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage our customer order process. Your role will be vital in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities include managing orders from placement to delivery, proactively addressing delivery challenges, and helping to improve our delivery process.

You will also participate in daily team meetings to share updates and collaborate on improving performance and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

• Fluent in German with good English skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com is advantageous.

First-year experience in an order management role demonstrating your ability to succeed.
