The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently while adhering to company policies, tracking orders through delivery, and resolving any issues.

This position is located in Dreieich, Germany and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of our customer order process to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
• Manage orders from placement to delivery, proactively addressing any delivery challenges, and contributing to enhancing our delivery process efficiency.
• Participate in brief daily team meetings to share updates and work together on ways to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

• A completed "kaufmännische Berufsausbildung" provides a strong foundation.
• Your fluency in German and good English skills will be key in this role.
• Any initial experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com will help you hit the ground running.
• First years of experience in an order management role demonstrate your ability to thrive.
