PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRM) owns 96.97% interest in PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM). CPM has Contract of Work rights to an 85,180 hectare mining concession in Central Sulawesi and South Sulawesi, Indonesia.

CPM’s contract area consists of 5 separate blocks, of which the Poboya gold prospects is the most promising. CPM’s construction & production permit was approved in November 2017 with a 3 years construction period and a 30 year production period (until 2050). The 1ˢᵗ CIL gold Plant (500 ton/day) in Poboya Block-I has been operational since Q1-2020. The 2nd CIL gold plant construction (4,000 ton/day) was completed in Q4 2022 (Commissioning started in October 2022).

Mine Plan Engineer

Duties:

1. Membuat rencana pekerjaan dan kebutuhan alat berat Mine Operation secara harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan.
2. Membuat design rencana penambangan dan mengestimasi cadangan yang dapat di masukkan dalam produksi.
3. Mengontrol dan mengawasi pekerjaan Mine Operation agar sesuai dengan perenvamaam yang telah disetujui.
4. Melakukan koordinasi lintas satuan kerja untuk progress pekerjaan Mine Operation yang bersinggungan dengan satuan kerja lainnya.
5. Memastikan setiap pekerjaan terekap dalam database secara berkala.
6. Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan adanya IBPR, membuat serta melengkapi IBPR dan turunannya (SOP, WI, dan JSEA).
7. Menyusun dan menyiapkan laporan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan.

Qualifications:

• Pendidikan Diploma atau sarjana dari teknik pertambangan.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai mine engineer minimal 3 tahun.
• Memiliki sertifikat Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
• Mampu menggunakan Microsoft office dengan baik.
• Mahir mengoperasikan software penambangan.
