Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Middle Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, drive requirements, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new tools and processes.

You will work across a global team, manage risks, and continuously improve workflows while maintaining a data-driven mindset and strong communication with both business and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong communication across stakeholders.
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• English (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies.
• Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows.
• Lead change management efforts and adapt quickly to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.

• Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes

• Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management

What We're Looking For
