Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Mid Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting growth opportunity in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Reporting directly to our CEO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, write job descriptions, and source candidates via channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards. Build relationships with potential hires to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, provide summaries for shortlisted candidates, and work with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities. Offer insights on market trends to support decision-making.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Ensure candidate progress is accurately tracked in the ATS and maintain organized documentation for workflows and feedback.

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
