Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Mid Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Mapping & Sourcing:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Defining hiring strategies, writing job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
  • Building relationships with potential hires to maintain a strong pipeline

Candidate Screening:

  • Conducting initial screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
  • Providing clear summaries for shortlisted candidates
  • Working with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities
  • Offering insights on market trends to support decisions

Tracking & Documentation:

  • Ensuring candidate progress is tracked accurately in the ATS
  • Maintaining organized documentation for workflows and feedback

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across functions

Others:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English
