Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Mid Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers, define hiring strategies, write job descriptions, source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, job boards), and build relationships with potential future hires.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, provide summaries, and work closely with stakeholders on hiring priorities. Provide insights on market trends.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Ensure candidate progress is tracked accurately in the ATS and maintain organized documentation.

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across different functions
