Job summary

LIT Create GmbH in Berlin is seeking a mid-level to senior Brand Designer to lead brand identities and visual systems for innovative clients. You will take projects from concept to final details, collaborating with our Creative Director and ensuring quality and execution across deliverables.

You will craft production-ready assets, build scalable design systems, and present work confidently in English to international clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Residence in Berlin and on-site work in our studio.
• 3+ years of branding or design agency experience.
• Excellent craft with precise, structured work to last detail.
• Experience with brand guidelines, packaging, print production and implementation.
• Love for design systems and scalable, consistent design.
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio showing process, attention to detail and range.

LIT Create is an independent design studio based in Berlin specialized in brand development - led by strategy, expressed by design. We drive transformation and create unique, cutting-edge brand experiences for global companies and smart local businesses.

We are looking for a (Mid-Level to Senior) Brand Designer to join our studio and work with us on branding projects for some of the most innovative companies in Germany and beyond.

About the Role

As a (Mid-Level to Senior) Brand Designer, you take a project from the first idea to the final detail. You have a strong eye for craft and care about getting the details right, from logo and visual identity to guidelines, packaging and the systems that keep a brand consistent. You work closely with our Creative Director, who sets the creative direction, while you take ownership of the quality and execution of your projects.

You enjoy seeing a design through to the very end. That means preparing clean print files and final artwork, building scalable assets and handing over work that others can use without guesswork.

Many of our clients operate in international environments, so confident communication in English, spoken and written, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop brand identities and visual systems, from concept to final execution.
• Build and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across channels and formats.
• Create clean, detailed and well-structured brand guidelines.
• Design packaging and other brand touchpoints with a focus on craft and production-readiness.
• Prepare production-ready print files and final artwork
• Take care of implementation and handover, so designs are delivered accurately and ready to use.
• Work closely with our Creative Director and project team, and confidently present your work, both internally and in front of clients.

What You Bring

• Residence in Berlin and availability to work on-site in our studio
• 3+ years of experience in a branding, design or creative agency
• Excellent craft: precise, clean and structured work down to the last detail
• Solid experience with brand guidelines, packaging, print production and implementation across different formats
• A genuine love for design systems and a mindset for scalable, consistent design
• Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• A portfolio that shows your process, your attention to detail and your range
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative way of working
• Confident communication in English, spoken and written

It’s a Plus If You Have

• German language skills, as some of our clients and projects work in German
• Experience with motion design
