We are a product company developing a multi-national debt collection platform using Ruby on Rails, VueJS, running on AWS. Our Data and Behavioral Science teams utilize purpose-built Python tools to analyze and enrich our data.

Our company has experienced significant growth, and we are continuously improving our infrastructure, processes, and policies to form a reliable foundation for further growth.

To further develop our innovative product, we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with a dedicated tech squad, collaborate closely with a product manager, lead developer, and QA team.

What you can do with us:

• Design test cases for complex functionalities and implement UI automation using Selenium with Java
• Work closely with our development team and product managers to understand business requirements
• Create, document, execute, and maintain test plans to perform functional, load, and performance tests for large-scale, complex software systems
• Perform end-to-end tests to maintain system stability and quality
• Proactively engage with all stakeholders to close gaps in specifications
• Take ownership of the quality standard in your team
• Convert business requirements into test scenarios written in Gherkin language format
• Share best practices and improvements within the squad and the QA team
• Communicate challenges clearly, report, and find root causes of bugs

What you should bring for it:

• 3+ years of strong QA experience covering the full testing lifecycle of web applications
• Strong Java knowledge
• Solid experience in automating web applications using Selenium, TestNG, and Maven
• Good experience in automating API tests
• Experience owning QA activities in agile (scrum, kanban) delivery methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent fault-finding, debugging, and diagnostic skills
• Proficient in creating functional and non-functional risk-based test plans
• Experience with writing automation strategies for front end and back end as well as business flows and user experience aspects
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and maintaining jobs in CI/CD environments
• Familiarity with SQL, git, GitHub, and Docker
• Very good English written and verbal communication skills
