Job Summary
As a Vice President in the EMEA Corporate Sales team, your focus will be providing Treasury & Cash Management solutions to Mid-Corporate clients, managing and developing a client/prospect portfolio, with an emphasis on acquiring new clients and expanding business. This role is based in Frankfurt.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Mid-Corporate clients with revenues over $500 million, identifying new business opportunities.
- Grow revenue through prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while maintaining existing relationships.
- Engage in strategic dialogues around client issues, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative framework.
- Lead business process reviews aligned with client sales opportunities and engage industry specialists for complex reviews.
- Innovate with new solution ideas, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop products.
- Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of client relationships.
- Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions to public and private companies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders including bankers, product, operations, and legal teams.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Proven success in Payments sales and managing complex transactions.
- Experience with large/complex organizations and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers across regions including EMEA, US, APAC, LATAM.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and ethical with excellent judgment.
- Fluent in German and English.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with HQ or subsidiary clients preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related; Master’s preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
