Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Microsoft Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Information Management Department based in Donauwörth, Germany.
As a Microsoft Product Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Microsoft Windows infrastructures and for developing the Service Catalog of our products and solutions.

• Design new solutions and features to meet business requirements.
• Implement IT operational processes and procedures to monitor robustness, optimize, automate, and secure solutions.
• Coordinate with providers on transformation and business projects and oversee run activities.
• Maintain lifecycle of IT assets and ensure the completeness of their technical and functional information, including relations in the configuration management database (CMDB).
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of IT platform solutions.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in IT or a comparable field.
• Service-oriented with a focus on quality and simplicity, following established processes and constraints.
• Team player, sharing knowledge, autonomous in complex situations, open-minded, and receptive to feedback.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft System Center suite, PowerShell scripting.
• Additional skills appreciated: Nutanix, VMware, AWS, Dell & HP Servers, SAN & NAS storage, Zabbix Monitoring, Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNow.
• Negotiation skills in English; German and/or French language skills are a plus.
