We are partnered with a long standing Microsoft Partner that has been established over 20 years and is looking to grow the team with a number of Developers. If you're eager to work directly with clients to craft efficient, scalable ERP applications, this is the opportunity for you.

They are currently at around 40 people in the business and they have great customer retention and are bringing on a number or new projects, meaning they need to expand the team and bring on some experienced Developers.

What You'll Do :

• Design and develop customized applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Gather and translate client requirements into smart, structured solutions.
• Take part in ERP projects from initial concept to implementation and ongoing support.
• Ensure continuous improvement by integrating user feedback and optimizing processes.

What You Bring :

• Minimum 2 years experience working with Business Central or Navision.
• Solid understanding of databases and development tools (e.g., SQL Server, Visual Studio).
• Prior experience with Dynamics 365 BC / NAV or similar ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with modern development tools like Visual Studio Code and GitHub.

This company has a great culture, and even though the team have complete flexibility on whether they work from the home office or in the office, people still come in a few days per week.

They also have 2 days per month for everyone to come on site and do team meetings and activities.

On offer is up to €85K DOE + benefits.
