WESTPRESS is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (m/f/d) to develop, integrate, and improve its Dynamics solutions across Business Central, ERP, Sales, CRM and HR. You’ll contribute to hands-on development and the technical direction of the Dynamics environment.

You should bring years of Dynamics development experience, AL/BC and C/.NET skills, REST API expertise, and solid knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps. German language proficiency is essential; English is a plus.

Formación

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer.
• Strong experience with AL for Business Central and with C/.NET.
• Experience creating and implementing REST APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, data model analysis and system integration.
• Proficient with Git and Azure DevOps for version control and team-based development.
• Comfort using Visual Studio or VS Code, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or Logic Apps is a plus.
• Very good German, and written/spoken English.

About The Role

WESTPRESS is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (m/f/d) to help develop, integrate, and improve its Microsoft Dynamics solutions. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise across platforms and business areas such as Business Central, ERP, Sales and Customer Engagement, CRM, and Dynamics 365 HR. You will contribute to both hands‑on development and the broader technical direction of the Dynamics environment. Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you will turn business needs into reliable, maintainable solutions and help ensure that systems remain effective as requirements evolve.

Qualifications

You bring several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer and a strong foundation in designing and delivering business applications. You have practical development experience with AL for Business Central and with C or .NET, as well as experience creating and implementing REST APIs and other integrations. You are familiar with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, including data model analysis, system integration, and the relationships between connected applications.

You have worked with Git and Azure DevOps for version control and team-based development. You are confident using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement, Visual Studio or VS Code, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server Management Studio. Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or Logic Apps is an advantage. You communicate very well in German and ideally have a solid command of written and spoken English. You approach technical challenges thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics solutions across relevant business applications, including Business Central, ERP, Sales, Customer Engagement, CRM, and Dynamics 365 HR. Design, build, and connect REST APIs and other interfaces to enable reliable data exchange between systems. Analyze complex requirements, develop appropriate technical concepts, and deliver solutions that are stable, secure, and maintainable.

Drive the ongoing integration of Business Central with other applications and services. Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with development colleagues to maintain a consistent, high-quality codebase. Create and maintain clear technical documentation, contribute to improving development standards, and share knowledge with the team. You will also take part in architectural discussions and help shape the future direction of the Dynamics platform.
