Application Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)

Representing a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and ERP solutions specialist, I’m supporting their search for an experienced Application Developer to join their Business Central development team.

The Role:

As part of a dedicated ERP technology centre within a global software group, you'll work on national and international projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – with a focus on developing and customising business-critical applications across various industries.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical leads to shape scalable ERP solutions
• Customisation & Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL (or C/AL)
• Integration: Build and support interfaces to external systems and services
• Data Migration: Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems
• Support & Optimisation: Troubleshoot, document, and continuously improve existing implementations
• Deployment Support: Provide hands-on assistance during go-lives and customer rollouts
• Occasional Travel: Site visits may be required for select client engagements
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT education
• Strong skills in object-oriented programming; experience with AL, C/AL, and ideally RDLC report development
• Experience with Visual Studio Code and Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Native-level German and strong technical English proficiency
