WESTPRESS GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (m/f/d) to keep our Dynamics-based solutions current across Business Central, ERP, Sales, CRM, and HR.

You will work with development teams to implement REST interfaces and APIs, contributing to architecture and standards. The role combines hands-on development with system integration, solution design, and collaborative technical decision-making.

Formación

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer.
• Experience with AL for Business Central, C#, and .NET.
• Experience designing and implementing REST interfaces and APIs.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, data modeling, and system integration.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, VS/VS Code, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• German communication; English working knowledge preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (m/f/d) to help keep our business solutions current, connected, and effective. In this role, you will contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across areas such as Business Central, ERP, Sales and Customer Engagement, CRM, and Dynamics 365 HR. You will work closely with our development teams, contribute technical expertise to complex projects, and help shape the architecture and standards that support our future Dynamics environment. This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on development with system integration, solution design, and collaborative technical decision-making.

Qualifications

You bring several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer and a strong background in building and improving business applications. You have practical development experience with AL for Business Central, as well as C# and .NET, and are comfortable designing and implementing REST interfaces and APIs. You are familiar with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, including data model analysis, system integration, and version control using Git and Azure DevOps. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio or VS Code, and SQL Server Management Studio is important for this role. Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or Logic Apps would be an advantage. You communicate very well in German and ideally have a solid working knowledge of English. You bring a thoughtful, reliable approach to development and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Responsibilities

You will develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics solutions, helping ensure they meet business needs and remain maintainable as requirements change. You will design, build, and connect REST and other API interfaces, and advance integrations between Business Central and other systems. You will assess complex requirements and devise appropriate technical solutions, contributing to implementation as well as solution design. You will prepare and participate in code reviews, working closely with development colleagues to promote quality and consistency. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining clear technical documentation and helping improve development standards and practices. In addition, you will contribute your expertise to architectural decisions and the continued development of WESTPRESS's future Dynamics architecture.
