Job Overview

Are you passionate about agile methodologies, experienced with Power Platform and Apps, and skilled in developing tailored CRM solutions across various industries? If so, you might be our perfect match!

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Project Operations, Marketing) and Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
• Conduct business analysis and consulting: process design, requirements gathering, using standard tools and methods.
• Act as Proxy Product Owner, managing DevOps teams in international projects.
• Support sales activities: system demos, evaluating client needs, compatibility checks, effort estimations.
• Contribute to internal and external Centers of Excellence for Lufthansa Group and clients outside the group.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree with relevant IT experience.
• Knowledge of standard processes in modules/apps like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, or Marketing.
• Experience in customizing or developing Dynamics 365 CRM applications, both on-premise and cloud.
• Familiarity with agile development methods (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe).
• Strong consulting skills, flexibility, and excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
