Qualifikationen

Stellenbeschreibung

• Build AI/ML Solutions: Develop and implement AI/ML models to solve specific business problems. This could range from training predictive models (e.g., forecasting equipment failures or customer behavior) to creating NL solutions like chatbots. Use Azure Machine Learning for experiment tracking and model management, and write code (Python/SQL) for data processing and model training.
• Azure Cloud Implementation: Deploy AI solutions on Azure cloud infrastructure, setting up resources such as Azure ML workspaces, Azure Functions or AKS, and Azure Data Factory pipelines, ensuring security and compliance.
• Data Preparation & Feature Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to gather and prepare datasets, contribute to data preprocessing, feature definition, and data quality management using PySpark and SparkSQL in Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experimentation & Model Tuning: Conduct experiments to improve model performance, tune hyperparameters, and evaluate results using Azure ML pipelines.
• Integration of AI Services: Use Azure Cognitive Services like language translation, OCR, and sentiment analysis to accelerate development, integrating with custom models when needed.
• MLOps & Monitoring: Implement MLOps practices, register models, create deployment pipelines, and set up monitoring for performance and data drift, ensuring quick issue resolution.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work within cross-functional teams, participate in design and planning, document work thoroughly to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 3–6 years of developing AI/ML solutions, with real-world project experience in deploying models.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, familiar with R or C#, understanding of ML algorithms, experience with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Azure Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Azure services like Azure ML, Databricks, Storage, and Azure SQL. Experience with Azure Cognitive Services or Azure OpenAI is advantageous.
• Data Engineering Basics: Comfortable with SQL, data pipelines, ETL processes, and Azure Data Factory or Synapse pipelines.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for debugging models and data issues.
• Team Player: Good communication skills, ability to work in agile teams, and document effectively.
• Continuous Learner: Proactive in learning new tools and techniques, interested in AI innovations like LLM frameworks and MLOps tools.
• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Math, or related; certifications like Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) are a plus, with willingness to pursue further certifications.
