The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) is seeking a talented & experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator

Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an M365 Administrator with experience in operations and maintenance of systems and/or networks. This position will be part of a team supporting an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Services (EMCS/EMCAO) infrastructure that provides national-level e-mail and collaboration services for approximately 300,000 Veterans Administration customers located across all 50 States and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities include support for the Microsoft 365 application suite (Microsoft Messaging/Outlook, Azure Rights Management Services (RMS), Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) under the Microsoft 365 tenant. Active Directory (AD) includes System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other AD-related products. Requests for support are submitted through Service Now tickets or email.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier III/IV support of the VA EMCS environment.
  • Answer incoming Incident Priority calls from the VA Enterprise Service Desk (VA-ESD), triage and resolve issues (examples include Microsoft Outlook, AD moves, password resets, shared mailboxes, PowerShell administration, and more).
  • Resolve National EMCS Tier III/IV tickets.
  • Apply Exchange administrator skills to resolve enterprise-wide problems.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and report on the complete EMCS infrastructure.
  • Responsible for all assigned trouble tickets from creation to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues ranging from basic to email-related issues for executive-level users.
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: Provide TierIII/IV support of the VA EMCS environment.
  • Answer incoming Incident Priority calls from the VA Enterprise Service Desk (VA-ESD), triage and resolve issues (examples include Microsoft Outlook, AD domain moves, password resets, shared mailboxes, using PowerShell for administration, and more).

  • Monitor and maintain network performance and report on the EMCS infrastructure.
  • Responsible for all assigned trouble tickets from creation to resolution.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline is preferred; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
