OHB Digital Connect GmbH is offering an exciting challenge at the Bremen site. We are looking for Spacecraft Controllers to support satellite operations services of the Meteosat weather satellites for EUMETSAT.

Your Tasks

• Coordinating the planned daily activities in the control center and all manned facilities
• Performing mission analysis and preparing reports to demonstrate system operability and availability
• Performing the weekly planning function, recording all operational and maintenance inputs and performing initial conflict resolution
• Maintaining the satellite and ground segment database
• Analyze system issues by collecting and evaluating appropriate data sets using available reporting and analysis tools
• Creation and further development of operational and flight procedures
• Preparation of regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Supporting the user or customer in mission operations and in the further processing of the reconnaissance information obtained

Your Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, telecommunications, physics, or aerospace engineering
• Experience with real-time systems and the execution of procedures in an operational environment
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Fluency in English, German an advantage
• Knowledge in the areas of space communication, radio frequency technologies, and/or ground segment systems is an advantage
