We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal role focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and campaign optimization, coupled with a creative mindset to craft impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Execution
    • Develop, execute, and manage paid Meta advertising campaigns across the Meta platform.
    • Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and achieve performance KPIs.
  2. Performance Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
    • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
  3. Analytics and Reporting
    • Create and present detailed performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Track key upper and lower funnel metrics related to cost, engagement, and performance at campaign and segment levels.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Your profile
  • Qualifications
    • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
    • A degree or formal qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in Meta performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
    • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful Meta paid advertising campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
    • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
