Mergers & Acquisitions - M&A Manager (Human)

Your mission & challenges

As M&A Manager, you will be at the forefront of NEURA's growth strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and technical teams to evaluate, execute, and integrate strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities aligned with NEURA’s long-term strategy
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for target companies
• Lead deal execution from initial assessment through integration
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal, tax, financial)
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive and board approval
• Support post-merger integration and monitor value creation metrics
• Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to NEURA's ecosystem

What we can look forward to

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with tech or robotics companies is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
