As a Merchant Logistics Associate, you’ll be acting as a key factor in onboarding, managing and coordinating devices for our new and existing partners in giving them a unique Wolt experience. You will be closely working together with the restaurant and retail onboarding team to prepare our partners' devices, manage the inventory and ensure month-on-month product availability.

As such, we need a strong hands-on self-starter, to drive the inventory and devices of new and existing partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare Hardware for new and existing Wolt merchants in Germany.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy between received items and ordered invoices.
• Scan and update inventory items using our management system, maintaining precise records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks to uphold consistent product availability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for production and proactively prepare for peak periods.
• Efficiently arrange items and equipment for a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
• Perform physical tasks involving lifting, moving, and handling inventory.
