Qualifikationen

• Top-Down Pre and In-Season Planning: Develop and manage top-down pre and in-season planning for two of our jewelry collections.
• Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Conduct monthly Sales & Inventory Forecasting and be the ultimate owner of the weekly Open-to-Buy for your collections.
• Trade Reviews: Play a key role in Weekly Trade Reviews by communicating variances to sales/inventory targets and defining clear actions to address risks.
• Product Performance Analysis: Act as the analytical driver to ensure 'one version of the truth' on product performance against the plan.
• Forecasting Accuracy: Continuously seek improvement in Forecasting Accuracy to enhance financial outcomes.
• Promotional Reporting: Review and report on promotional activations, addressing actions and risks to optimize results.

WE DREAM – This is what we dream of :

• Min. 2 - 4+ years of solid experience in Merchandising and/or experience from retail, fashion, lifestyle industry.
• Strong, seasoned, technical Merchandise Planner/OTB Planner or with international/global vertical retailing, omni experience.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Speak, write and understand English on a professional level.
• Knowledge of planning software.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in managing large datasets and simplifying complex information for effective decision-making.
• Eagerness to independently and systematically explore new topics, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation, conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses.
• You have great communication skills and always have a positive attitude. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong working relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (verbally & written), German is a plus.
