HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time/Part-time What you can expect:

• Work independently on target achievement for Net Sales, Net Units, Total Price Reductions, Margin and Total Stock targets for a directly operated online platform in close cooperation with Senior Merchandise Manager
• Monitoring of in season performance on dedicated online platform and triggering necessary measures and actions with the teams
• Operational merchandising: In-Season trading, Allocation of fashion and NOS assortments, input for marketing strategy, organizational Open-to-buy fulfillment
• Maintain and implement merchandise processes and reports to ensure that eCom merchandising stays competitive in close cooperation with Senior Merchandise Manager and team: optimizing existing processes, ensuring smooth connection to interfaces, creating new processes (if needed), abolishing or changing old processes (if needed); joining projects as project team member or take over role as sub project lead
• Responsibility for tools and reports: design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement together with Senior Merchandise Manager and the team
• Ongoing and adhoc analysis to support the business and define eCom merchandise strategy
• Management of internal and external global interfaces: alignment with external partners, alignment with internal global markets, communication and collaboration with all other internal interfaces to build a good partnership; manages all stakeholders being relevant for the position independently
Your profile:

• At least 2 years of working experience in at least one of the following areas: retail, merchandising, eCommerce
• Strong analytical and communicational skills and assertiveness
• Assertiveness as well as an independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good user skills in MS Office and SAP
• Very good language skills in English
