You Can Look Forward To The Following Tasks:

• Ensuring the operation of our system environments
• Installation, configuration and administration of Windows server and client systems
• Support for client-server systems
• Acceptance, processing, prioritization and, if necessary, forwarding of orders and faults by telephone and remote access including recording in the ticket system
• Offering remote support initial solutions (1st and 2nd level)
• Carrying out error analyses and initiating appropriate measures
• Forwarding fault and service requests to appropriate service providers
• Control and monitoring of assigned tickets in accordance with the service level agreements
• Support for complex IT projects (software and hardware rollouts)

You Can Convince Us With This:

• Completed training in the IT sector or corresponding practical work experience
• Knowledge of the current operating systems / server systems (Microsoft, Linux)
• Experience in dealing with VMware
• Extensive hardware knowledge, incl. peripherals
• Knowledge of IT security (firewall, antivirus, etc.)
• Confident in using Microsoft Office products
• Experience in working with a ticket system, preferably Jira
• IT affinity and a quick grasp of things
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Very good written and spoken German skills
