Project Manager - Data Center - Frankfurt - Contract

* Job Title: Project Manager – Data Center Construction
* Location: Frankfurt (minimum 1 day per week onsite / remaining days remote)
* Type: Ideally Contract to Permanent (Try & Hire)
* Rate/Salary: Competitive - TBC

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead MEP / HVAC focused projects within a Microsoft Data Center in Frankfurt. This is a long-term opportunity with no fixed end date, ideal for someone looking for stability and growth.

Requirements:

* Fluent in English
* EU citizen or German residency holder
* Background in leading Mechanical or HVAC installation/commissioning (data center experience preferred)
* Strong project delivery skills across multiple projects
* Proficient in cost control, P&L management, variation orders, RAMS, and site/commissioning meetings
* Knowledge of German regulations is a strong plus
* Certified in PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, Agile or similar
