fabrikon GmbH in Germany is seeking a motivated construction/ project management newcomer to lead large-scale projects on site, coordinating with the construction team and partners to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery.

You will be part of a structured two-year training program with a personal mentor, including regular needs-based training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Degree or technician background in construction-related field.
• Experience as a construction or project manager is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction management and site processes ideal.
• Excellent German language skills for authorities and customers.
• Willingness to take responsibility and grow.

• You have a degree—e.g., in MEP, HVAC, electrical engineering, or building automation—or you are a technician/master craftsman.

• Ideally, you will have knowledge of construction management and be familiar with construction site processes—if not, we will be happy to teach you.
• Excellent German language skills are a must in order to communicate with authorities, customers, and partners, for example.
