Discover your exciting role Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as biopharma and data center? Then you\'ve come to the right place! As a Construction Manager MEP (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects.
Responsibilities
- Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus on MEP (e.g. electrical systems)
- Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
- Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact for our customers
- Coordinate construction participants and subcontractors, as well as lead the construction site team
- Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress
- Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Conduct site inspections and acceptance inspections
- Record defects and track defect resolution progress
- Measurement creation and billing for construction projects
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master\'s or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in construction management
- Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
- Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
- Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities; good English skills would be a plus
- Valid German driver\'s license Class B
