Responsibilities:
- Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
- Proactively reach out to employees to invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
- Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, team building, and activities aligned with department objectives.
- Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
- Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
- Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress through data collection and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology; Therapeutic Counseling; Psychotherapy; or Clinical Social Work.
- At least 3 years of experience with clients facing mental health challenges.
- Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
- Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in common office software applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing listening and empathy.
- Experience conducting interviews is advantageous.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to help others, flexibility for shift work, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Creative thinking and high motivation.
- Location: Essen, Germany (or willing to relocate).
