Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees to invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, team building, and activities aligned with department objectives.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress through data collection and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology; Therapeutic Counseling; Psychotherapy; or Clinical Social Work.
2. At least 3 years of experience with clients facing mental health challenges.
3. Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
4. Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
6. Proficient in common office software applications.
7. Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing listening and empathy.
8. Experience conducting interviews is advantageous.
9. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong desire to help others, flexibility for shift work, and ability to work independently and in teams.
11. Creative thinking and high motivation.
12. Location: Essen, Germany (or willing to relocate).
