Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others? Are you looking to develop your career and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are currently looking for a new team member as a Mental Health Professional (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Attend and lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings, and activities in accordance with department objectives.
5. Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employees’ wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Regularly monitor, collect, evaluate, and report necessary data to track employee progress.

We expect:

• Master's degree in clinical, counseling, or health psychology, therapeutic counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical social work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with users/clients/patients facing challenges.
• License number, full membership, or accredited practitioner status.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening and empathy.
• Experience with conducting interviews is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
• A strong desire to help others and flexibility to work in shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Must be located (or willing to relocate to) Essen, Germany
