David Lloyd sucht eine engagierte Member Support Advisor in einem unserer Membership Hubs in Deutschland. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, Mitgliedsanfragen über Chat, Telefon und Email zeitnah, kompetent und freundlich zu bearbeiten und die Mitglieder bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

Sie arbeiten vor Ort in einem Membership Hub mit festen Arbeitszeiten, entweder von 9:00–17:00 oder 10:00–18:00, und profitieren von Vorteilen wie kostenlosem Club-Mitgliedschaft, Rabatten und Karrierechancen.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Outbound-Anrufen und Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen ist wünschenswert
• Ausgezeichnete Servicefähigkeiten und Kommunikationskompetenz
• Hohes Organisationsvermögen und Zielorientierung
• Bereitschaft, in einem reinen Büroren Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Bearbeitung von Mitgliedsanfragen über Chat, Telefon und Email zeitnah, genau und freundlich
• Bearbeitung von memberships-bezogenen Anfragen und Serviceanliegen
• Proaktive Ansprache und Engagement mit Mitgliedern zur bestmöglichen Unterstützung
• Arbeiten in einem Membership Hub mit festen Arbeitszeiten (9:00–17:00 oder 10:00–18:00)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses

Your role will effectively handle our member queries and requests received into the Member Support team via all contact channels including Chat, Telephone and Email. You will then process these membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and actively engage with our members to give the best possible quality and service.

Based at a hub within our *CLUBNAME* David Lloyd Club, you will work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to our members. This role is based in one of our Membership Hubs, with working hours of either 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, offering a consistent and structured working pattern.

About you:

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential. Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A drive to hit targets
• Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• You will need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of the hub, as this position is fully office-based.
