David Lloyd sucht eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin/ einen Mitarbeiter im Member Support als Hub Location. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Bearbeitung von Mitgliedsanfragen über Chat, Telefon und E-Mail sowie die zeitnahe, korrekte Abwicklung dieser Anfragen.

Die Position ist vollständig im Büro vor Ort angesiedelt und erfordert Kommunikationsstärke, Zielorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit im schnelllebigen Club-Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Ausserdem: Erfahrung in telefonischer Kundenbetreuung und der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen ist erforderlich.
• Hervorragende Kundenservicefähigkeiten.
• Antrieb, Ziele zu erreichen.
• Resilient in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
• Sie müssen in einer angemessenen Entfernung zum Hub wohnen, da diese Position vollständig im Büro stattfinden wird.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Mitgliedsanfragen per Chat, Telefon und E-Mail.
• Bearbeitung von Mitgliedschaftsfragen zeitnah, korrekt und effizient.
• Aktive Einbindung der Mitglieder, um den bestmöglichen Service zu gewährleisten.
• Arbeiten an einem Hub innerhalb des Clubs mit festen Arbeitszeiten.
• Sie arbeiten in einem Team, das hervorragenden Service bietet.

Your role will effectively handle our member queries and requests received into the Member Support team via all contact channels including Chat, Telephone and Email. You will then process these membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and actively engage with our members to give the best possible quality and service.

Based at a hub within our *CLUBNAME* David Lloyd Club, you will work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to our members. This role is based in one of our Membership Hubs, with working hours of either 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, offering a consistent and structured working pattern.

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential. Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A drive to hit targets
• Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• You will need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of the hub, as this position is fully office-based.
