We are building an e-commerce platform for customizable luxury apparel. Step 1 - track our users' granular behavior looking at apparel, reading related descriptions, etc in tag manager / google analytics, Step 2 - given sufficient user engagement, develop a set of dress-customizing widgets in JS / CSS / Shopify to engage the user and reduce our bounce, Step 3 - track the efficacy of the apparel-customization process, Step 4 - integrate video media and track its impact on the apparel detail pages. All of this is with the goal that it will improve our user engagement, improve conversion (i.e. apparel purchases), and deliver useful traction data to our investors.
