Responsibilities

• Develop measures and implement them to improve safety in the Shipbuilding Facility area.
• Disciplinary leadership of employees and ensuring the availability of staff and resources.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for components and construction phases.
• Design a continuous improvement process for all activities, including coordination with internal, cross-departmental, and external interfaces.
• Implement measures for specifying, selecting, and procuring all necessary tools.
• Plan workforce deployment within the framework of fine control and manage assigned manufacturing orders.
• Conduct shop floor and 6S activities.

Profile

• Successfully completed master craftsman (m/f/d) training in shipbuilding, industry, welding specialist, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding within an international corporation, as well as proven experience in leading employees (e.g., certificates, SNK course, LCP modules for managers, or comparable).
• Strong conceptual skills, communication skills, and a high result-oriented approach.
