Qualifikationen

Responsibilities
  • Disciplinary leadership, development, and organization of a new master craftsman department within the module construction division.
  • Establishment and design of a new interdisciplinary responsibility area and team in the module construction division.
  • Creating a participative, appreciative, and consistent leadership and working environment.
  • Ensuring occupational safety and documentation within the responsibility area, including risk assessments and operational instructions.
  • Meeting deadlines within the responsibility area, utilizing IT tools (SAP, DMU, E-Base) and planning instruments effectively.
  • Implementing measures for specification, selection, and procurement of necessary tools.
  • Willingness to work across locations, e.g., at Kiel, if needed.
Profile
  • Successfully completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, industrial, or comparable field.
  • Experience in modular construction and equipment for submarine construction, shipbuilding, or plant engineering is highly desirable.
  • Strong conceptual skills, resilience, communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.
  • English language skills for effective communication with customers and subcontractors are desirable.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations (e.g., BV34), K-standards, and norms is highly desirable.
  • Experience with VR glasses is a plus.
