As aMeetings & Events Business
Solutions Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll play a vital role inempowering
our MICE teamsacross our Leased, Managed and Franchise Hotels by
providing expert support on ourMeetings & Events (M&E) systems
and tools.

This is an exciting opportunity todrive
efficiency, enhance user experience, and support data-driven decision-makingacross
our global hotel portfolio.

Whilst thepreferred location is Frankfurt,
other locations will be considered.

As theMeetings & Events
Business Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)you will:

• Be the go-to expert for EMMA and all other M&E tools, ensuring hotels maximize
  their potential.
• Deliver engaging training
  sessions(both virtual and in-person) for new
  and existing M&E system users.
• Monitor system data entryacross hotel teams, providing guidance and training to ensure
  accuracy and compliance.
• Support franchise hotelsin optimizing system use and managing configuration requests.
• Collaborate with internal
  stakeholdersto develop training materials and
  drive system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and escalate
  system issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Assist in system rollouts
  and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)for new
  tools and projects impacting M&E.
• Provide insights and
  analysisto improve efficiency and user
  experience across M&E systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience inMeetings
  & Events operationswithin a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong technical skills, with
  experience usingSales & Catering systems(e.g., SAP, TMS
  for Hotels/Meetings, Opera).
• Ability totrain and
  support teamswith varying levels of technical expertise.
• Excellentcommunication
  skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across different
  cultures and functions.
• Strongproblem-solving
  skillsand a high level of attention to detail.
• Aself-starterwith
  great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for continuous learning
  andstaying ahead of industry trendsin M&E technology.
