Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Installation Technician to set up automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities around Berlin and beyond. You will install hardware, organize and test assemblies, review schematics and documentation, and help with pre-assembly and installation of conveyors and related equipment.

Aufgaben

• Install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems within healthcare facilities and ensure proper connectivity.
• Organize, test, and assemble automated dispensing systems and related equipment.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation and logistics to support installation activities.
• Carry out pre-assembly, building, and installation of conveyors, automated dispensers, and related equipment.
• Install pneumatic devices, RFID readers and sensors throughout conveyor systems.
• Commission electronic/electrical systems and install structured cabling.
• Conduct routine checks and record product-test data after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with support staff and manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Travel 100% locally, regionally and nationally; typically 16–30 hours per week plus travel time.

Requirements

• Intermediate secondary school certificate / Realschulabschluss or Mittlere Reife


• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required


• English and Spanish/Portuguese is required


• Professional business acumen and communication skills required


• Comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems


• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers and healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required


• Ability to use hand and power tools, read schematics, and assemble components required


• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status


• Position may/will require up-to-date immunizations


• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds required


• An active and unrestricted driver's license is required


• Personal vehicle and willingness to use it for job-related assignments


• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally weekly to support customer needs required


• Must be located within 30 miles of a major airport
