Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle ist von Vorteil.

We are currently looking for you, either full-time or part-time, for the central emergency department at Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik in Wiesbaden as:

Medical Assistant / MFA (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure EDV-supported patient registration, general administration, and organization
• Handle contractual matters with patients or relatives
• Clarify unclear cost situations
• Document and record services, digitalize patient records, and record emergency outpatient services
• Assist in patient care activities

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Office)
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Legal proof of measles immunization
