Job Description:

Position: Medical Assistant (m/w/d) in Potsdam

Location: Potsdam

Hourly Rate: 20,00 - 22,00 €

Responsibilities:

• Patient intake, appointment scheduling, and patient care, including preparing examination rooms
• Performing lab tests such as blood draws and vaccinations
• Billing for medical services (GOÄ, GKV), depending on assignment
• Supporting colleagues and doctors in diagnostics and treatments, creating anamnesis and reports
• Managing patient data and procuring medical supplies
• Providing empathetic and attentive care to all patients

Qualifications:

• Completed training as Medical Assistant (m/w/d), Medical Technical Assistant (m/w/d), or similar
• Ideally, previous experience in a medical practice
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and reliable for colleagues and patients
• Teamwork, flexibility, friendly and patient-oriented demeanor
• Good IT skills and organizational talent
