One of our key customers – an industry leader in the corporate AV space is looking for a Senior AV Technician to join their onsite team in Frankfurt.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-end, stable environment, with no travel required, structured support systems, and clear development paths. If you’re confident in event tech but don’t tick every box, don’t worry. Training and growth opportunities are available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for AV and UC-related issues
• Troubleshoot AV systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Manage AV fault tickets, event requests, and systems checks
• Liaise with vendors for equipment rentals and staging
• Ensure firmware / software updates and manage critical AV spares
• Contribute to daily operations and continuous improvement meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on AV support experience (1st & 2nd line)
• Solid grasp of digital AV environments
• Basic networking and IT literacy
• A customer-first mindset and professional demeanor
• Experience in corporate AV or event technology
