Job Description:

The role involves driving country medical activities aligned with regional initiatives and the Global Medical Plan, managing medical scientific stakeholders, and creating value for patients through engagement, projects, and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with KOLs and scientific experts.
2. Preparing and delivering high-quality scientific communications.
3. Creating and executing stakeholder engagement plans.
4. Supporting local medical tactics and providing input to regional and HQ plans.
5. Organizing scientific advisory boards.
6. Supporting medical scientific activities locally and regionally.
7. Providing feedback on business development and medical programs.
8. Coordinating Investigator Sponsored Studies and medical information inquiries.
9. Representing Sobi at congresses and symposia.
10. Maintaining relationships with scientific societies and decision makers.
11. Advising on medical and legal implications.
12. Staying updated on therapeutic trends.

Qualifications:

• University degree in medical/science or relevant field +3 years of experience in medical environment.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical science, or related areas.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, KOL management, and regulatory standards.
• Language skills in English and German.
