Location : North Germany | Full-time, permanent position

Inizio Engage Executive Search Solutions is supporting the recruitment via direct placement on behalf of an international pharmaceutical company with a strong commitment to medical innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility. The company focuses on areas of high unmet need, including rare neurological conditions.

This position offers the opportunity to support the launch of a novel therapy currently in late-stage clinical development. You will join at a pivotal pre-commercialization phase and play a key role in shaping the company’s scientific presence in the region.

Your Role

  • As one of two MSLs in the neurology field, you will serve as a scientific and strategic partner to the medical community.
  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with KOLs, neurologists, clinics, and scientific societies
  • Exchanging insights on emerging data, treatment practices, and research developments
  • Supporting congress activities, disease awareness initiatives, and scientific education
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Medical, Clinical, Market Access, Regulatory) to support launch readiness

Your Profile

  • Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, biomedicine, or related field
  • Experience as MSL or in a similar scientific role, ideally in neurology or rare diseases
  • Familiarity with clinical trials, real-world evidence (RWE), and product launch environments
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, reliable, and open to regular travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
