BioTalent is currently partnered with a rapidly expanding global pharmaceutical client in their search for an MSL for Germany. The initial focus will be on post-launch activities, with a strong prospect of working on new product launches in the future.

Reporting and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Medical Manager Germany and UK, you will be responsible for:

1. Serving as a disease area specialist in Ophthalmology for both internal and external stakeholders, delivering scientifically accurate information.
2. Mapping, establishing, and maintaining professional relationships with HCPs in the assigned territory.
3. Working cross-functionally with a patient-centric focus to improve access to medicines.
4. Representing the company at congresses and symposia.
5. Providing medical input to support the development of marketing projects and materials.
6. Coordinating speakers and attendees for local advisory boards.
7. Responding to requests for medical information from HCPs.
8. Managing IITs.
9. Developing and delivering medical training decks.

Candidate Profile

Ideally, you will have:

1. An advanced scientific degree.
2. Therapeutic experience in Ophthalmology is desirable but not essential.
3. At least one year of experience working in a medical affairs environment or related role (e.g., CRA, KAM).
4. Direct experience engaging with healthcare professionals.
5. Professional working proficiency in German and English.
6. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
