Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a local sales manager to create new relationships with our customers (starting in Munich, Germany) and to maintain long-term trusting relationships with our partners. The role involves actively seeking new sales opportunities, overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and partners.

What you will do....
  1. Manage both the development of new sales opportunities in the German market as well as existing lead/sales pipeline
  2. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline and marketing strategies for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets defined in the German market
  3. Maintain customer success and relationships during the contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience
  4. Manage the direct sales process, including sales pitch content improvement, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  5. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and partners
  6. Manage relationships and motivation of our partners, aligning our short/medium/long term targets with our partners
  7. Manage the sales process of our partners, including sales training, providing sales materials, lead qualification, and customer support if required
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience, including exploring new sales opportunities
  3. Passionate about learning and exploring new areas
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication
  5. Able to build a strong network with KOLs and end users
  6. Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple account projects with attention to detail
  8. Fluent in English and German
  9. Familiarity with working in a start-up environment
Additional Qualities
  1. Experience in selling radiology equipment or AI-based software/IT
  2. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
  3. Experience managing and motivating distributors
  4. Experience as a customer-facing leader in a fast-growing SaaS or related tech business
  5. Ability to work autonomously from a home office
