We are looking for a local sales manager to create new relationships with our customers (starting in Munich, Germany) and to maintain long-term trusting relationships with our partners. The role involves actively seeking new sales opportunities, overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and partners.
What you will do....
- Manage both the development of new sales opportunities in the German market as well as existing lead/sales pipeline
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline and marketing strategies for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets defined in the German market
- Maintain customer success and relationships during the contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience
- Manage the direct sales process, including sales pitch content improvement, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and partners
- Manage relationships and motivation of our partners, aligning our short/medium/long term targets with our partners
- Manage the sales process of our partners, including sales training, providing sales materials, lead qualification, and customer support if required
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience, including exploring new sales opportunities
- Passionate about learning and exploring new areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication
- Able to build a strong network with KOLs and end users
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to manage multiple account projects with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German
- Familiarity with working in a start-up environment
Additional Qualities
- Experience in selling radiology equipment or AI-based software/IT
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Experience managing and motivating distributors
- Experience as a customer-facing leader in a fast-growing SaaS or related tech business
- Ability to work autonomously from a home office
