Qualifikationen

• 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.

Aufgaben

• Beantwortung von Anfragen von Gesundheitsfachkräften in mehreren Sprachen.
• Durchführung von PV, MI und PQC-Fällen.
• Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden sein.

We are looking for aMedical Information Officer / Specialistto support a client project in Germany (starting date : November-December 2025). The ideal candidate will be fluent inGerman, and Englishand will provide high-quality medical information services while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries fromHealthcare Professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPsvia email and phone inGerman, French, and English.
• ConductPharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Product Quality Complaints (PQC) cases.
• Serve as themain point of contact for the client, handling reporting, KPI monitoring, and invoicing.
• Draft and updateStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Process Documents (WPDs).
• Performbibliographic researchand draft summaries on an ad-hoc basis.
• Participate inon-call duty rotations.

Profile

• Educational Background:Preferably ascientific degreeor experience as amedical secretary. Equivalent experience in thepharmaceutical industry (2-3 years)is acceptable.
• Work Experience:2-3 years of experience
• Technical Skills:
  • StrongMicrosoft Office proficiency.
  • Comfortable handlingphone inquiries.
  • Experience withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) tools(Salesforce is a plus).
  • Ability toconduct bibliographic researchand draft summaries (preferred).
• Soft Skills:
