Select Medical's Dover outpatient center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, and handle co-pays and insurance verifications.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with some evenings, offering medical/vision/dental, a company 401(k) match, and generous PTO to support work-life balance. A high school diploma and insurance verification experience are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Insurance verification experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Mansioni

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location:128 Greentree Dr. Dover, DE 19904

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/ 2 evening until 7pm per week)

Compensation:$19.00 - $20.00/hour (pending experience)

As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. • Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Insurance Verification Experience

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
