Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften, gerne mit Promotion.

You will create an innovative training program that interests and inspires our doctors. You can work remotely throughout Germany or at our locations in Constance or Munich, with some travel (approx. 1x/month) to Munich or conferences, as our streaming studio is in Munich.

What you can expect:

• Develop and be responsible for innovative training formats with scientific value.
• Realize live events and other training formats from conception to on-site support in Munich.
• Stay updated on medical developments and align training content accordingly.
• Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of a balanced curriculum.
• Create content for online channels (website, email, social media).
• Attend medical congresses to gather information and create content.
• Identify and recruit key opinion leaders, medfluencers, scientists, and build a network.

What you bring:

• A degree in medicine or natural sciences, with or without a doctorate, or similar background.
• Experience in preparing scientific content for medical or pharmaceutical fields.
• Interest in video and streaming formats.
• Ideally, project management experience.
• Independent, structured, careful work style, with creativity and development potential.
• Existing network of experts (preferable).
• Confident in discussions with renowned scientists.
• Excellent German and fluent English skills.
