What You Can Expect

The position is temporary as a maternity leave replacement.

Administrative support for our international Medical Education and Events team: assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events—virtual, physical, or hybrid—as well as sales & marketing meetings and congresses.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Support the development of meeting goals and objectives under MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet Corporate Compliance program.
  • Assist in planning events and booth development for congresses, mainly from a back-office perspective.
  • Prepare budgets (preliminary, working, and final).
  • Focus on on-site execution to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure event outcomes align with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Develop event materials, manage F&B, schedules, manifests, BEOs, housing lists, and confirmation notices, as well as HCP process requirements.
  • Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, distributors, sales teams, customers, travel offices, and vendors.
  • Manage post-event duties such as invoice reconciliation, chargebacks, and expense analysis.
  • Handle travel arrangements for HCPs and related process requirements.

Your Background

Education

  • Degree or apprenticeship in a commercial field, preferably related to meetings and congresses or similar industries.

Professional Experience

  • Ideally 2-3 years of coordinator experience in events and back-office environments. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
