What You Can Expect

The position is temporary as a maternity leave replacement.

Provide administrative support to our international Medical Education and Events team: assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events (virtual, physical, or hybrid), sales & marketing meetings, and congresses.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Support the development of meeting goals & objectives following MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet Corporate Compliance program.
  • Assist in planning events and booth development for congresses from a back-office perspective.
  • Prepare budgets (preliminary, working, and final meeting budgets).
  • Focus on on-site execution to enhance Customer Experience.
  • Ensure event outcomes align with Corporate Goals & Objectives.
  • Develop event materials, manage F&B, schedules, manifests, BEOs, housing lists, and confirmation notices. Handle HCP process requirements internally and externally.
  • Interface effectively with diverse internal and external personnel, including senior management, distributors, sales teams, customers, travel agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage post-event tasks such as invoice reconciliation, chargebacks, and expense analysis.
  • Handle travel management, especially for HCPs, in line with process requirements.

Your Background

Education

  • Degree in commercial education or apprenticeship, preferably in the meeting and congress industry or related fields.

Professional Experience

  • Ideally 2-3 years of coordinator experience in events and back-office environments. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
